Meet Anita and Steve
Meet Anita and Steve Mansfield, our dynamic duo of Directors who have teamed up to bring you a service that's all about NDIS Support Coordination, backed by a blend of their diverse backgrounds and skills.

“We started Blue Bay while living in the North Coast of Northern NSW, a place that's special to us not only for the beautiful natural environment but as the place where we welcomed the birth of our two daughters. It’s a place where the natural vibes spark big dreams of a world filled with equality and fairness for everyone.”

The name "Blue Bay" found its origin during many walks alongside the beautiful bay at Boulders Beach. For us, the bay symbolizes safety, support and sanctuary in a sea of uncertainty. The bay is a semi-circle offering shelter, support, and connection while also providing an opening for opportunities, autonomy, and self-sufficiency.
The colour blue in Blue Bay embodies the concept of "Blue sky opportunities." It signifies the opportunity that allows everyone to shape their lives as they desire, whether with a minimal amount of support or a more substantial support. Blue, reminiscent of the sky, conveys the idea that possibilities are boundless, offering a vast expanse for individuals to explore and embrace.
Anita Mansfield
Director & Support Coordinator
Anita holds formal university qualifications in psychology, teaching and leadership. She has worked in the Community Service/ Human Service sector for over 25 years and has worked in a range of areas including disability, child and family services housing and homelessness, community based organisations, and held government positions. Positions held have ranged from direct front line roles to various leadership and Senior Management positions including Board membership.
Steve Mansfield
Director & Office Manager
Steve’s career has been anchored in the finance and insurance industry where he has held various management positions with an International Insurer. Steve’s focus over the last 10 years has been on business improvement, process automation and reporting systems. Steve has a clear understanding of business process and quality assurance.
